How to submit a request
Simple and clear — no form. We only ask for what’s necessary.
How to submit a request

Privacy Request. - Briefly describe what you want (access, deletion, export).
- If you use an account: include the account email/username used.
Identity verification (only if necessary)
To prevent unauthorized disclosure, we may request minimal verification (e.g., confirming the account email).
Account & data deletion
You can request full deletion of your account and associated data by email.
Data export
Upon request, we can provide stored sessions/tracking data in a common format (e.g., JSON/CSV), where technically available.
Response time
We generally process requests promptly. Legally, up to one month may apply (extendable in exceptional cases).
